1. TW WATCH guarantees that all watches offered for sale are authentic original products.
   Should any watch be officially determined by the original manufacturer or a reputable third-party authentication institution to be non-authentic or to contain significant non-original replacement parts, TW WATCH agrees to repurchase the item in full at the original transaction price as our ultimate responsibility regarding product authenticity.

2. Upon signing for or completing the transaction, the buyer acknowledges that they have fully inspected and confirmed the following:
   ❶ The item is a pre-owned timepiece and not a brand-new product. Normal signs of use, storage, or aging may be present, and the buyer understands and accepts the item in its current condition.
   ❷ The appearance, functions, and included accessories of the item have been inspected and accepted by both parties at the time of transaction or delivery, and are confirmed to be consistent with the transaction description.

3. Once the buyer has completed inspection and confirmed the item without issue, the transaction shall be deemed finalized.
   Except in the aforementioned case where the watch is officially confirmed by the original manufacturer or a professional third-party authentication institution to be non-authentic, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations of transactions will not be accepted after purchase.

4. Water resistance, lume brightness, power reserve, and similar performance-related features are considered consumable characteristics affected by usage and time, and are therefore not covered under warranty, return, or exchange policies. The buyer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.

We specialize in acquiring luxury timepieces from renowned brands, including but not limited to Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, and Breguet.

To facilitate an accurate valuation, please provide the watch brand, reference/model number, year of purchase, included accessories (such as the original box, warranty card, invoice, service records, etc.), and the current condition of the watch (including cosmetic wear and functional status). Relevant supporting documents will also assist in determining the market value of the timepiece.

Once the evaluation is completed and the quoted offer is accepted, the acquisition process will proceed as follows:

1. The seller must provide the following documents to verify lawful ownership of the item. In the event that the item is found to be of unclear origin or illegally obtained, the seller shall bear all related legal responsibilities, and the buyer shall not be held liable. Once both parties agree upon the transaction price and complete the transaction, the agreement shall be considered final and may not be revoked.
   ❶ Identification Card (or passport)
   ❷ National Health Insurance Card (as secondary identification)
   Completion of a Private Transfer Agreement (provided by TW WATCH)
   

2. If the original box or accompanying accessories are not provided at the time of sale, a deposit equivalent to the value of the missing accessories may be withheld. The seller shall have one month to provide the missing items. After the deadline, TW WATCH reserves the right to decline any further purchase of such accessories. Please inform us in advance should any special arrangements be required.

TW WATCH provides professional watch consignment services, combining market expertise, established collector networks, and marketing resources to connect your timepiece with suitable buyers.

1. To maintain the overall quality and positioning of our collection, watches with an estimated market value below NTD 100,000 are not eligible for consignment service.

2. The standard consignment agreement period is 3 months. Upon successful sale of the item, a 4% consignment service fee will be charged based on the final transaction price.

3. To cover costs associated with professional photography, marketing, promotion, and display arrangements, a handling fee of NTD 5,000 per watch will be charged should the consignor request the return of the item within the first month of consignment.

4. If the consignor requests to retrieve the consigned item, an appointment and collection must be completed within 7 days. TW WATCH shall no longer be responsible for safekeeping of the item after the collection deadline has passed.

5. During the consignment period, in the event of force majeure circumstances — including but not limited to floods, fires, earthquakes, or other natural disasters — or losses arising from criminal incidents such as theft or robbery, and where such events are officially verified by the relevant authorities, the associated risks shall be borne solely by the consignor, and TW WATCH shall not be liable for any compensation or damages.

To protect your purchase rights and secure your selected timepiece, TW WATCH offers a deposit reservation service. Once the deposit payment has been completed, the item will be reserved for 7 days.

The remaining balance must be settled within the reservation period. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe shall be deemed as a forfeiture of the reservation, and TW WATCH reserves the right to release the item without further notice. Deposits paid are non-refundable.

All timepieces offered by TW WATCH are guaranteed to be authentic original products and are eligible for professional repair and maintenance services through their respective authorized manufacturers.
Clients may also authorize TW WATCH to handle the service process on their behalf. Depending on your preferences and service requirements, we can arrange official manufacturer servicing or repairs performed by our long-term partnered senior watchmakers. Every process is carefully managed with strict attention to quality and detail, providing reliable and flexible after-sales support.

We provide secure international trading services for collectors worldwide.
All overseas transactions are handled with professional verification procedures, insured international shipping, and secure payment confirmation to ensure a safe and reliable experience for both parties.

1. The shipment will be arranged under DAP terms (Door-to-Door delivery). Shipping costs and insurance will be charged separately. Once you confirm the purchase, we will provide a detailed breakdown for shipping and insurance.
   Please note that if any additional charges arise during customs clearance or delivery — including but not limited to supplementary duties, taxes, customs adjustments, storage fees, or other related charges requested by the carrier or customs authorities — such additional costs would need to be borne by the buyer.

2. Payment must be made in FULL via USD wire transfer, including:Watch price,Shipping Cost、Insurance.
   Once full payment is received and confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment. Any shortage amount would need to be settled before dispatch.

3. For security and compliance purposes, and due to increasing international online fraud and third-party scam cases, we require a real-name wire transfer process. Therefore, we would need:
   ❶ A copy of the buyer’s passport
   ❷ The remitting bank account must be under the buyer’s own name

4. As this is an international transaction involving a high-value timepiece, all sales are final once the watch has been sold and shipped. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations after completion of the transaction.
